The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. I observed well maintained premises and attentive housekeeping. The entertainment programs offered variety. I enjoyed the evening shows and daytime activities.
Some aspects could improve. I found the lack of heated pools inconvenient later in the season. The beach bar service was slow on one occasion. I noticed limited availability of sunbeds at peak times.

I found the hotel design and layout excellent. The service was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the wide variety of delicious food options available to me.
I noted that some pools were not heated. It was uncomfortable to swim in them. I also think that the food quality needs some improvement. It could be more tasty.

It offered great service and tasty dishes. entertainment was consistently good and added to the overall experience. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, which enhanced the stay. the resort had well-kept facilities.
The location is a little isolated. You need transportation to reach the town. although the resort provides everything on-site, some guests might prefer closer access to local attractions.

the FOOD selection was adequate.
I FOUND the room service slow. It took over an HOUR to get a simple order. also, the noise level at night WAS unacceptable, especially from nearby bars and other guests. I COULD not sleep properly. housekeeping often missed areas when cleaning.

The hotel rooms were clean. After checking out, I could still use all the resort facilities until my departure for the airport. The resort does not use wristbands. Instead, they give a room key. The staff were very friendly. They offered great service.
The buffet was a little repetitive. It was still very fresh!
