clean premises attentive housekeeping evening show heated pool beach bar service sunbed availability
The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. I observed well maintained premises and attentive housekeeping. The entertainment programs offered variety. I enjoyed the evening shows and daytime activities.
Some aspects could improve. I found the lack of heated pools inconvenient later in the season. The beach bar service was slow on one occasion. I noticed limited availability of sunbeds at peak times.

excellent stay with minor hiccup
varied buffet friendly staff italian restaurant
The food options were diverse and delicious. i particularly enjoyed the italian à la carte restaurant. It offered great service and tasty dishes. entertainment was consistently good and added to the overall experience. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, which enhanced the stay. the resort had well-kept facilities.
The location is a little isolated. You need transportation to reach the town. although the resort provides everything on-site, some guests might prefer closer access to local attractions.
Service

the staff promptly addressed requests. they were polite and efficient throughout the entire stay. the hotel provides assistance after check-out, allowing continued use of facilities until departure for the airport. that was so nice!

ACCEPTABLE stay, but SOME issues
slow service unacceptable noise
the FOOD selection was adequate.
I FOUND the room service slow. It took over an HOUR to get a simple order. also, the noise level at night WAS unacceptable, especially from nearby bars and other guests. I COULD not sleep properly. housekeeping often missed areas when cleaning.

Really good Stay at a Fantastic Hotel!
clean room resort facility friendly service
The hotel rooms were clean. After checking out, I could still use all the resort facilities until my departure for the airport. The resort does not use wristbands. Instead, they give a room key. The staff were very friendly. They offered great service.
The buffet was a little repetitive. It was still very fresh!
